If a building that meets your specific needs is not readily available, the Bismarck-Mandan Development Association can assist in building a facility to your exact specifications.

The built-to-suit facility can be constructed and owned by the company, or constructed and leased by a local investment group. Depending on the specifics of the building, the construction of the building could take approximately 180 days or less from the date that appropriate arrangements are in place and all design work is completed.

BMDA has been involved in a number of these kinds of projects for companies like the Unisys Corporation (53,000 sf), Aetna (Phase I & II-75,000 sf), and Sykes Enterprises (two separate buildings-43,000 sf each). Within the two communities and the two counties are a variety of public and private industrial property sites, available on the basis of the willing buyer and seller negotiating a purchase price.
